Like many in the field, their journey began with a deep curiosity and personal desire to understand how to live a healthier life. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2009 with a degree in Exercise and Health Promotion, their struggles and commitment to growth fueled further educational pursuits, motivated by a desire to first help themselves and then share that knowledge with others.
