How do I use my TheraBrush Deluxe Copper Body Brush? To use, always keep both your body and the brush completely dry. Start at the feet and brush upwards toward the heart using long, sweeping strokes. Follow the direction of lymph flow, brushing legs, arms, and torso to support detoxification and circulation.
